1) Price. Tour cost outside of the US includes all Trans-Atlantic economy class air with a minimum 15 people traveling together, and internal air depending on the trip. Cost includes hotels, lectures, field trips, programs, park fees, special events, gratuities, boat trips and any other tour cost.

2) Hotels. Our groups stay in 4 or 5 star hotels in single or double rooms. A full American breakfast is provided in the tour cost. On Safari all meals are provided, and on some trips three meals are provided. Some of the hotels we have stayed in include: RAMSES HILTON, Cairo: TERANGA, Dakar; SHERIDAN, Addis Ababa; MERIDIEN, Salvador; HILTON, Nairobi; HOTEL IVORY, Abidjan; GRAND HOTEL, Bamako; RIO OTHON, Rio De Janiero; PARK HYATT, Johannesburg; PARQUE CENTRAL, Havana, and KINGS SAFARI CAMP, Johannesburg.

3) PASSPORT/VISAS. Passport and visas are required. We can acquire your visas for an extra cost.

4) VACCINATIONS. Some shots may be required especially yellow fever and malaria pills.

5) INSURANCE. We will provide you with a travel insurance policy if you are interested. Check with your already existing insurance for travel coverage.

6) CANCELLATION. A deposit of $150.00 is required before your trip leaves. The deposit is refundable up to 60 days before departure. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. All cancellations must be in writing.

7) DOMESTIC AIR TICKET. We can arrange for your domestic air ticket to point of departure. If interested please let us know.

8) NOT INCLUDED IN COST. Airport departure taxes outside the U.S.; Baggage cost outside of airline limitations; Refund on meals or parts of program; Personal items; and a break in your air ticket and/or an early return to the U.S.
